Delivery and returns


We currently deliver throughout the UK.

We use either Royal Mail or other reputable couriers and our deliveries are fully trackable, so you can be sure of an efficient and reliable service.

We offer a range of delivery options including next day delivery on all products. For some locations in the UK, it may take a bit longer for a delivery to reach you.

The range of delivery options and delivery timescales available to you are presented real-time during checkout, including free and expedited delivery options.


Of course, we hope you will love your new clothes. But if for any reason you need to return an item, you can organise this straight from your online account at anytime 24 / 7.

If you made your purchase as a guest, you will first need to create an account. You can do this by requesting a link to create an account here. Enter the email you used when making your purchase as a guest and a link will be sent to you.

To access your account, click 'My account' at the top of the screen and log in with the password sent to you when you registered (don't worry if you forgot your password - just click the 'Forgotten password' link and you can reset it).

Click through to the correct order, and at the base of the page there is a button to 'Raise new return'. Once you submit the return, we'll take it from there and email you exact instructions on what to do next. You can track the progress of the return in your online account too.

You must start a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to have the item(s) delivered to us.
